SALSA DIP

Easy on the go Salsa Dip
Make this tasty salsa in under 10minutes with ingredients in your fridge or pantry. Packed with whole food ingredients and free from additives!
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 1/2 cup Coriander
- 4-5 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 Lime
- 1 tsp Garlic (optional)
- 1 Jalapeno (optional)
- 1 tsp Paprika (optional)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Passatta sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Simply chop all ingredients and pop into your Bliss Blender, keep pulsing until you reach the desired consistency. If you prefer it thicker then add more veggies, if you prefer it thinner then add more olive oil and passatta sauce. Adjust the salt and paprika to your taste buds, add jalapeños according to how hot you like your salsa, leave out if you prefer. Garnish your salsa sauce with some finely chopped red onion, tomatoes, and coriander then add extra lime on top, enjoy with corn chips, tacos, nachos, burritos or use the salsa in a lasagna.
