A Healthy 10 minute Omelette recipe that tastes as fresh and delicious as it looks!
A golden omelette, stuffed with lots of Kale, Coriander, Spinach and melty Feta cheese cut into pizza slices.
An easy and healthy on the go breakfast made with @blissblender & here’s the Recipe.
1/2 Cup Kale chopped
1/2 Cup Spinach chopped
1/2 Coriander chopped
1 Onion chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1/2 Cup Feta cheese
4-5 Eggs whisked
1/2 Tsp Garlic paste
2 Tsp Sesame seeds ( optional )
Basil to garnish
1/2 Cup water
2 Tsp Olive oil
Add all your ingredients Kale, Spinach, Coriander, Onion, Tomato, Feta Cheese, Garlic into your Bliss Blender and add 1/2 cup Water and blend to a smooth consistency, then whisk all your Eggs in a bowl add in your veggie blend. Add 2 Tsp of Olive oil into a pan let it turn hot on medium heat add your Egg mixture and top with Extra Fetta cheese & Kale. Cook the omelette on one side for 4-5 minutes on a stove do not flip it simply pop a lid on top & pop it into the oven for 4-5 minutes until it cooks through. Slice into pizza slices add a squeeze of Lemon
On top and extra Sesame seeds Enjoy. This is a great meal prep option & a great one for fussy kids all the veggies are blended and it’s packed with real food goodness ! Enjoy 😉
